Routing, tools, state, human gates, and failure recovery.
Founding community · Bengaluru
NammaGuide AI Community is a founder-led initiative for people who want to inspect, build, and responsibly apply modern AI. The first proposed meetup is intentionally limited to 10–20 participants so every person can contribute.
Why gather
The starting point is the NammaGuide AI Lab: real assistant surfaces, local and hosted model routing, Graph RAG, public-source retrieval, evaluation, privacy controls, and open repositories. Participants should leave understanding both what works and what still needs proof.
Routing, tools, state, human gates, and failure recovery.
Graph RAG, public sources, citations, caching, and evaluation.
Private gateways, open models, memory constraints, and acceleration.
Reusable code, benchmarks, diagrams, and honest implementation notes.
Proposed day
The format stays compact so the meetup produces relationships and useful technical output—not a day of passive presentations.
A live walkthrough of the private model gateway, topic-aware RAG, multi-agent flow, privacy controls, observability, and failure handling.
Builders inspect the design decisions, tradeoffs, evaluation gaps, and what would change on accelerated local AI infrastructure.
Small groups frame one common civic or public-service problem without collecting sensitive citizen information.
Choose a compact artifact to publish: a benchmark, adapter, evaluation fixture, reference flow, or documented lesson.
Sponsor or ecosystem collaborator
Support can be in-kind or financial. Sponsor involvement does not buy technical conclusions, participant data, government endorsement, or exclusive ownership of community output.
