Can you guarantee approval or faster processing?

No. Approvals, rejections, fees, timelines, inspections, portal status, and document acceptance are controlled only by the relevant authority. We help you prepare and understand the process, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. We provide practical civic education, checklist preparation, portal-awareness support, and communication structuring. For legal opinions, property title disputes, tax advice, litigation, or representation, consult a qualified professional.

What kind of help do you provide?
