Private operations partnership

NammaGuide provides information, initial guidance, and coordination. Where separately agreed, operational fulfilment is handled by our independent private partner, Kustodian.Life. The parties remain separate service providers. This partnership does not create a government affiliation, legal agency, shared payment account, special access, influence, or guaranteed outcome.

NammaGuide collects money only for services it directly provides. Kustodian.Life collects money directly for operational services it provides. The responsible provider, custom charges, payment recipient, deliverables, and terms must be confirmed before paid work begins. Direct payment to one provider does not make the other provider responsible for that payment, service, cancellation, or refund.

No legal, tax, financial, election, or official advice

Content and support provided by Namma Guide are for general awareness, preparation, and process education. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, election-law advice, land-title certification, valuation, brokerage, representation, notarisation, attestation, or official government services. For legal, tax, title, election-law, or dispute questions, consult a qualified professional.

SIR and voter guidance

Any SIR, voter-list, or election-portal content is an educational SOP-style explanation only. Namma Guide is not authorised by ECI, CEO Karnataka, BLO, ERO, DEO, or any election authority to collect voter information, process voter data, submit forms for the public, decide voter status, or represent any voter before election officials. Users must complete their own entries and submissions only on official portals or through official officers.

The website, SIR information, articles, checklists, and AI/self-help resources are free. Optional paid SIR assistance covers only dedicated human professional time for explaining the process and guiding a user while the user fills their own online form. Payment does not purchase data access, an official service, submission, approval, faster processing, influence, representation, or a guaranteed voter-list outcome.

AI assistant and chatbot disclaimer

Our experimental AI Assistant is powered by a third-party LLM and is designed to provide general civic guidance based on available documentation. It is prone to AI hallucinations and may occasionally provide incorrect, outdated, or confusing information regarding election timelines, property taxes, or municipal procedures. You must independently verify any AI-generated response against official government portals before acting on it. The operator of Namma Guide accepts no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated advice.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee approvals, timelines, application acceptance, name correction, khata issuance, tax record changes, electricity transfer, grievance closure, portal availability, or any decision by any authority. Final decisions rest only with the relevant department, officer, portal, court, tribunal, or public authority.

Information may change

Government rules, portal screens, fees, forms, document requirements, office procedures, and escalation routes can change without notice. Website content, checklists, templates, and messages may become outdated or may not fit every case. Always verify the latest information from official sources before applying or paying any official fee.

Limited document review

Any document review we provide is limited to educational readiness and visible consistency checks. It is not authentication, title verification, fraud detection, legal due diligence, valuation, or a guarantee that the authority will accept the document.

User decisions and responsibility

You remain responsible for all submissions, declarations, uploads, payments, appointments, visits, signatures, and communications with authorities. Do not rely only on website content for urgent, high-value, disputed, legal, or deadline-sensitive matters.

Links to official or third-party websites, including Calendly and Kustodian.Life, are provided for booking or convenience. Those services have their own terms and data practices. We do not control official portals or their content, downtime, login issues, payment failures, or application decisions.
